このポリシーは、ゲーム「頂 - ITADAKI -」（iOS版・Steam版。以下「本ゲーム」）における情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。本ゲームは個人の開発者（以下「開発者」）が提供しています。
開発者は、本ゲームを通じて、名前・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人情報を集めていません。アカウント登録もありません。
ゲームの記録（到達した高さ、実績、キャラクターの見た目、設定など）は、お使いの端末の中だけに保存され、開発者のサーバーに送られることはありません。記録は、ゲームの設定にある「記録をすべて消す」、またはアプリの削除で消すことができます。
iOS版は無料で提供しており、Google LLC が提供する広告サービス「Google AdMob」のリワード広告を表示します。広告が流れるのは、次のように利用者が自分で選んだときだけです。
広告の配信のために、Google が次の情報を取得することがあります。

表示される広告は、全年齢向け（G）に限定しています。
地域によっては、初回起動時に広告のためのデータ利用について同意を求める画面が表示されます。また、iOS の「Appからのトラッキング要求」により、広告識別子の利用を許可するかどうかを選べます。
許可しなくても、本ゲームはすべて遊べます。その場合、あなたの興味に合わせない広告が表示されます。選択は、iPhone の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
Steam版には広告はありません。実績の解除状況は Steamworks を通じて Valve Corporation に送られ、Steam のプロフィールに表示されます。Steam クラウドを有効にしている場合、ゲームの記録は Steam のクラウドに保存されます。これらの取り扱いは Steam のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
開発者は、13歳未満の子どもを含め、利用者から意図的に個人情報を集めることはありません。
内容を変更する場合は、このページを更新し、制定日の下に改定日を記載します。

This policy explains how information is handled in the game "ITADAKI" (iOS and Steam versions, the "Game"). The Game is provided by an independent developer (the "Developer").
The Developer does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location through the Game. There are no user accounts.
Your game data (heights reached, achievements, character appearance, settings, and so on) is stored only on your device and is never sent to the Developer's servers. You can erase it with "Erase all records" in the Game's settings, or by deleting the app.
The iOS version is free and shows rewarded ads from Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. Ads play only when you choose to watch one:

Ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences (G).
Depending on your region, a consent screen about the use of data for advertising may appear the first time you open the Game. iOS also asks whether to allow the app to track you, which controls access to the advertising identifier.
You can play the entire Game without allowing either. In that case, you will see ads that are not tailored to your interests. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone.
The Steam version has no ads. Achievement unlocks are sent to Valve Corporation through Steamworks and shown on your Steam profile. If Steam Cloud is enabled, your game data is saved to Steam Cloud. This is governed by the Steam Privacy Policy.
The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the revision date will be noted below the effective date.
